When selecting a single report to view in Message Manager, be sure to use the check box and Download button, or click the link for the report only once. It may take a few moments to load, so please be patient and do not re-select the report or double-click as doing so could result in a system timeout. If you experience issues accessing reports, call the Customer Contact Center at 800-752-6440 to help resolve the issue.
